CrossFit Sessions
Class Descriptions

A traditional CrossFit class consisting of a variety of weightlifting, gymnastic and cardio movements designed to increase overall strength and fitness. These classes are available to all fitness and ability levels; all movements can be modified to meet you where you're at.

High Intensity Interval Training. This class will increase your heart rate and get you sweating. It will increase your aerobic capacity and endurance. All abilities welcome.

This class will improve the technique of your weightlifting movements. It is only open to those with weightlifting experience.
HIIT Sessions
No experience necessary
