CrossFit Sessions

Class Descriptions

  • A traditional CrossFit class consisting of a variety of weightlifting, gymnastic and cardio movements designed to increase overall strength and fitness. These classes are available to all fitness and ability levels; all movements can be modified to meet you where you're at.

  • High Intensity Interval Training. This class will increase your heart rate and get you sweating. It will increase your aerobic capacity and endurance. All abilities welcome.

  • This class will improve the technique of your weightlifting movements. It is only open to those with weightlifting experience.
