Do I need to be fit to start CrossFit?

We hear this a lot, and the answer is definitely no. The most exciting time (I think) is starting. You may be nervous, unsure, insecure, and/or having all the doubts, but please know, you will be fine and we will be there to help you. We will take things one step at a time and ensure you are learning and being guided, and trust me, you will do things you didn’t think you could, and you will achieve goals, and it will feel damn good. So no, you don’t need to be “fit” to start. Let us help you with that.

Do you have lock-in Contracts?

Nope! No lock-ins, all we ask is for 4 weeks notice when cancelling. If you have payments in that 4 week period, they will be your last and you will be paid up for that time.

Do you offer Meal Plans?

Unfortunately not currently, however, we will give you the basics and a Nutritional guideline to follow. If you are after Nutritional specifics, we have trusted associates we can point you to.

Can I do my own Individual Programming?

You can, however, you will have to stick strictly to our Open Gym times. We don’t allow members to sideline classes and do their own programming.

Am I going to get too big lifting weights?

Another good one. Lifting weights is not going to turn you into the hulk over night. Over a long period of time, sure, your body composition will change, but there are a lot of variables (How you eat, How you rest, How you train) that come into play to determine how “Big” you get. If this is a genuine concern, come see us in house and let’s have a chat about it more.

Can I bring my kids to the gym?

Of course. We have a Kids Room that is available at all times. It is located in the gym for them to hang out in. This room is unsupervised, so it is the parents responsibility at all times to ensure their child is ok.
