CrossFit

A class that consists of a warm up, strength component and a workout of the day (WOD). Elements of weightlifting and gymnastics. All ability levels.

Endurance

These classes are no barbell, boot camp-style. They offer lots of sweat, hard work, and fun. A 45-60 minute workout.

Olympic Weightlifting

This class focuses on improving athletes' strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Sessions include a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work, classic strength training, core, and accessory pieces.

Open Gym

Have something you want to work on? This is your time to get some guidance from a coach… similar to a group personal training session. Alternatively, you can stick to the daily CrossFit WOD.

Getting Started

Option 1: Fundamental Program

3 one-on-one sessions with a coach to introduce you to the gym facilities and work through the movements and equipment we use most.
