About Unrest
At Unrest, we provide fitness classes within a close net community environment, following a CrossFit methodology. We pride ourselves on creating an environment that is family friendly and open to all ability levels. Kids are welcome. Beginners are welcome. Athletes are welcome. As long as you are bringing the โUnrest vibeโ of encouragement and positivity, youโre welcome.
What is CrossFit?
Our Workout of the Day (WOD) changes everyday. The movements are programmed to help you with everyday life, now and into the future. To manage moving as you age. High intensity. At your level. All the movements have a variety of options to meet you where youโre at and push you to the next level of your abilities. Fully coached. Every class is like a group personal training session. Expect progress every time you show up.
Classes are an hour long and generally consist of a warm up, strength piece with the barbell, and a 10-20 minute WOD, followed by a cool down and debrief with mates.

Open Gym
Our CrossFit classes provide tiers of scaling options from beginner through to competitive athlete. Our coaches are all knowledgeable in how to modify movements for ability, injury and lifestyle.
These sessions allow you to either complete the Workout of the Day (WOD) OR work on your own skills, building towards your own goals. A coach is available to provide support during these classes.
Endurance
Olympic Lifting
These classes are no barbell, boot camp-style. They offer lots of sweat, hard work, and fun. A 45-60 minute workout Wednesdays and Sundays.
This class focuses on improving athletes' strength and technique in Olympic lifting. Sessions include a warm-up, Olympic lifting skill and technique work, classic strength training, core, and accessory pieces. Mondays and Saturdays.
