If you are new to CrossFit we recommend taking part in our regular Fundamental Courses. This will ensure you are competent in the 9 fundamental movements and proper technique is learned prior to being introduced to the intensity that comes with regular CrossFit classes.

Our Fundamentals Classes include 3 classes with one of our coaches, booked in at a time that suits you. This will be one-on-one or a small group for you to get a feel for the gym and for our coaches to assess your level of ability. Upon completion of these 3 classes, you receive one FREE week of the regular CrossFit classes.
You will be shown the correct form for all of the fundamental CrossFit movements and be assessed for any mobility or movement issues that may need to be addressed. Upon joining regular classes, you will have an opportunity to train alongside other members and get a feel for the box and this type of training. All aspects of this will be scaled to meet your abilities and again will be overseen by a coach.
In our free Introductory Class we will take you through the What, How and Why of CrossFit and we will answer any questions you may have. After day one you will have a clear understanding of what you can expect out of CrossFit at Unrest and you will know what we expect from our members.
